【New Products】Airex Thermo 932 and 934: Our First Gloves to Feature Polyurea Coating Technology

11/06/2026NEWS

We are proud to announce the launch of two new products: the Airex Thermo 932 and Airex Thermo 934.
These gloves mark a significant step forward in our product development, as the first in their range to incorporate our new polyurea coating technology.

A New Coating Standard

Polyurea is a next-generation polymer that combines properties rarely found together in a single coating: outstanding abrasion resistance, high flexibility, waterproofing, and reliable grip across dry and wet conditions. Its formulation is DMF-free, latex-free, and silicone-free, making it a cleaner option for both users and the environment.

For us, the adoption of polyurea represents a deliberate move away from the trade-offs that have historically defined fully coated thermal gloves. Where conventional coatings often force a compromise between protection and wearability, polyurea delivers both.

Two Models, One Core

The 932 and 934 share the same core construction: a warm polyester fleece liner paired with a full polyurea double coating, certified waterproof under EN511. Both gloves offer touchscreen compatibility, EN388-rated mechanical protection (4121X), and food contact compliance under EU regulation. They are part of our strategy to deliver gloves that are versatile across a wide range of working conditions.

The key difference lies in their design:

  • Airex Thermo 932
Features a longer 12-inch (30 cm) gauntlet cuff, offering extended coverage for applications where liquid exposure is a higher risk, such as agriculture, fishery, water supply operations, and cold chamber environments.
  • Airex Thermo 934
Features a knitted cuff, providing a closer, more ergonomic fit suited for environments where dexterity matters as much as protection.

Both models are available in sizes 6/XS through 11/XXL.

Built for Various Working Conditions

The fleece liner in both models provides thermal protection against cold (EN511: 111) and contact heat up to 100°C / 212°F for 15 seconds (EN407: X1XXXX). Their lightweight construction and high flexibility are designed to reduce fatigue during extended wear.

The addition of touchscreen compatibility means workers no longer need to remove their gloves to operate devices, supporting productivity in environments where efficiency and hygiene both matter.
